Terms and Conditions

Ordering: Internet orders will be processed and shipped as mentioned in “Specials” and “Standard Lead Time” listed below. If you would like to discuss your order please feel free to contact us. (231-843-3416)

Change Orders: Request for changes in orders must be made in writing and are subject to Wolff Wire’s ability to make such changes. Changes will be subject to additional charges for material, labor and administrative costs.

Cancellation: Stock items may not be cancelled without the consent of Wolff Wire and are subject to a cancellation fee. Special order items cannot be cancelled after Wolff Wire has confirmed that it will produce such items.

Prices: All prices are List Prices, F.O.B., Ludington, MI. Applicable sales taxes and packing are extra. Wolff Wire reserves the right to change pricing without prior notice (prior to order confirmation) should circumstances beyond its control warrant it.

Terms: Advance payment is required on non-accredited accounts. To accredited accounts, terms are 2% 10 Days, Net 30 days from date of shipment. An advance payment of 50% is required on special orders.

Quotations: All bid quotations expire if not accepted in writing within 30 days.

Specials: Price quotes for special finishes, colors and/or designs will be supplied upon request. For design variations, please submit detailed information and a sketch indicating dimensions, materials and quantities. Wolff Wire must approve all specials in writing. Lead times vary.

Standard Lead Time: 5-7 business days depending on size of order.

FREE Shipping: Wolff Wire will ship by Fed Ex Ground for standard shipments. If your order is large enough to require a pallet or more, we will ship on a common carrier.

Storage: Failure to accept delivery of product by the specified ship date on the confirmation order will result in transfer and storage charges.

Partial Shipments: Wolff Wire reserves the right to make partial shipments. Partial deliveries are to be paid upon receipt of invoice covering each partial shipment.

Force Majure: Wolff Wire is not liable for delay or failure to deliver product or performance expectations due to strikes and/or differences with workmen, war, riot, fire, compliance with government regulation, acts of God, failure or delay of sources supply, or any courses beyond its control.

Claims: Merchandise is packed to meet all requirements of the Uniform Freight Classification and is inspected before delivery to the carrier. Responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. Should there be any visible or concealed damage a claim should be filed with the carrier immediately. Failure to file your claim immediately may result in a forfeiture of recovery from carrier, for which Wolff Wire cannot assume responsibility and cannot accept return of merchandise damaged in transit. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SHIPMENT IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT!

Warranty: Wolff Wire merchandise is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date delivery, under normal use and under conditions for which the product was designed. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, tampering, negligence or abuse, or any other reason other than a manufacturing defect. No other warranties are given including, but not limited to, a warranty of merchantability. SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Returns: No merchandise may be returned without Wolff Wire’s written consent and shipping instruction. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned freight collect. Authorized returns are subject to a 30% restocking charge.

Product Design Changes: Wolff Wire reserves the right to make improvements in design and construction without prior notice.

Patents: Wolff Wire workspace accessories are covered by one or more US Patents: 4415091, 4542832.

Michigan Agreement: Agreements to purchase Wolff Wire products are made in Michigan. The performance thereof shall be construed, enforced and determined in accordance with the laws of the State Michigan.

Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Wolff Wire
